Membership agreement

These terms cover membership and participation on Rafsan Jani Rupok’s website. By selecting Create account on the signup form, you agree to this membership agreement and acknowledge the Privacy policy. We record the agreement version and acceptance time with your account.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, use an email address you control, and provide a display name that does not impersonate someone else. Keep your password private. Email verification is required before commenting. A member account does not provide access to the site’s administration tools.

Respectful participation

You are welcome to disagree, ask questions, and offer criticism. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, spam, scams, malicious links, unlawful material, or private information about other people. Do not impersonate others, manipulate view counts, evade suspensions, or use automated activity to disrupt the service.

Your contributions

You remain responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your contributions. By posting, you give the site permission to host, display, format, and moderate that contribution as part of the discussion. This permission supports operation of the website and does not transfer ownership of your work.

Moderation and removal

Administrators may hide comments or suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. Authors can remove their comments, leaving a placeholder when needed for reply context. To report content or ask for review of a moderation decision, contact info@rafsanjanirupok.com with a link and a brief explanation.

Content and availability

Articles and reviews reflect their stated context; sample editorials are labelled accordingly. Other members’ comments are their own views. Information may become outdated. The site may change or be temporarily unavailable, and membership does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Ending membership and changes

You may stop using your account or request its deletion through the contact address. Requests are handled as described in the Privacy policy. Updated terms will appear here with a new date; material changes will be communicated before they apply to existing members. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
